Well, we finally hit the road for real one day shy of a month after we left our home in December.
I came down with covid on the drive to Kansas... Then the rest of the family had it since we were all sleeping in a camper together. :-P
Thankfully, it was over quickly, and no one was very sick. We were able to quarantine at Cindy's sister's house since they had all had covid a month earlier.
We finished our quarantine at Cindy's parents' and finally started the last few projects to get the camper ready to go.
Parts were delayed in shipping, we didn't have what we needed, even though we thought we had everything. We lost keys, shipped packages to the wrong addresses...
Then we all got sick again after celebrating Christmas with family. Maybe just a cold? Maybe influenza?
But January 22 we hit the road!!!
