So we switched things up and stayed at a nice KOA in Las Vegas for a few nights. The contrast of the city had quite the impact on the kids, especially the older ones.
We had an all-you-can-eat buffet, spent an afternoon at an arcade, and tried to get caught up on laundry and camper cleaning.
We had been "dry camping" (without any hookups) the past three weeks, with limited shower access. It was a nice change to have unlimited warm showers!
I took the kids out to visit Hoover dam
Then a bit of rock scrambling at Red Rock
